Artworks from the museum’s permanent exhibition
The National Gallery of the Faroe Islands houses a huge collection of Faroese art, featuring around 2,800 works. Nearly 300 of them are displayed in the museum’s permanent exhibition. The exhibition is divided into 13 different themes: for example The Sea, Landscape, Colours and Shape.
