Guided Tours
Book a guided tour of the National Gallery and discover the collection of Faroese art from the 19th century to the present day.
We gladly welcome larger and smaller groups, school classes and children of all ages. We offer tours in a wide range of topics - tailored to your specific interest. We are experts in Faroese art and can customise the tour according to specific wishes in the permanent collection and/or our changing special exhibitions.
On tours for children we travel around the collection on a storytelling blanket, where we talk about the artworks.
In the gallery's opening hours on weekdays tours cost 800 DKK and must be booked in advance. On weekends and public holidays the price is 1500 DKK. Prices outside of the normal opening hours are arranged individually. In addition there is an admission of 90 DKK per person. A group ticket price of 60 DKK per person applies to groups over 12 persons when paying together.
We recommend that groups larger than 30 are split into two.
