The St. Olaf’s Exhibition 2025

The Faroe Islands Art Association organised the very first St. Olaf’s Exhibition in 1948. The event
went on to become an important and traditional contribution to the annual national festival. Again
this year, the association will be organizing the St. Olaf's Exhibition at the National Gallery of the
Faroe Islands and showcasing a wide range of interesting, contemporary artworks.

Tróndur Patursson, Beinta Ísfeld Bejarano, Marianna Højsted Horsdal, Rakel Helmsdal, Rikke Bak, Elin Josefina Smith, Maria Luihn, Dania Jóannesardóttir Lava, Marianna Beritardóttir, Zacharias Heinesen, Gvøðny Maria Áarstein, Æsa Tróndardóttir Frýdal, Fríða Berg, Torbjørn Olsen, Ole Wich, Jóhan Mørkøre Nordskar, Bárður Jákupsson, Sunniva Ingrið Jacobsen, Maria Smith, Julia Carlsson, Anker Mortensen, Marie Desirée Holm-Jacobsen, Guðrið Poulsen, Edith Mørkøre og Tordis Vang Guttesen.


The exhibition opening will be on the 28th July at 3 pm.

The museum will have extended opening hours on the 28th and 29th July from 11 am - 8 pm.

Senior discount ticket: 70 DKK
Students: 25 DKK
Children and young people under 20 years: free

Group discount min. 12 adults: 60 DKK per person

Annual pass for one: 225 DKK
Annual pass 1+1 - bring a friend for free: 300 DKK

The annual pass includes free entrance to the museum as well as free admission to guided tours, concerts and events.

In addition to that, you get 10% discount on posters, books and postcards as well as 10% discount in the museum café.
