Einangran (a duo consisting of Lea Kampmann and Heiðrikur á Heygum) chose Sámal Joensen-Mikines’ Ships Depart on a Spring Day as inspiration for their song.
The band Funksjón chose Tróndur Patursson’s Autumn as inspiration for their song.
Kristian Blak chose William Heinesen's The Lake at Porkeri for his composition.
Lea Kampmann chose her great-grandfather, Jack Kampmann’s Smack on Slipway as inspiration for her song.
